The Floor Break Down
Gamma Phi has three floors total plus a furnished basement.The second and third floor each has three bathrooms on it and three sleeping dorms. There are also rooms on the floors that have the option for a bed in it. Each room consists of a closet and vanity with drawers for each girl. Typically, in each room girls will bring a futon, desk, coffee table, and a TV. The great part about Gamma Phi is each room is free to decorate as the roommates would like. The basement is complete with a flat screen TV, study room, bathroom, wash machine, and dryer.
The First Floor
On the first floor of Gamma Phi is our mom's room, fireplace room, trophy room, kitchen, dinning room, TV room, and chapter room. Our mom Ginny has won numerous awards and has been at Gamma Phi for over 20 years! We all love mom and she is truly our mom away from home. Our fireplace room and trophy room is typically where girls, during the day, will study. The great part about Gamma Phi is that our kitchen is open to all members throughout all times of the day. Our chef Thom is the best and makes food that we love and will also make vegetarian meals.
The Outside
Gamma Phi also has two patios on each side of the house that are each gated in. The patios are a great place to get some sun rays and to do homework on nice sunny days in Lawrence!
