Each fall Gamma Phi participates in the Panhellenic Fall Formal Recruitment! It helps us to pick great girls who will become members of our sorority! Recruitment is a week-long process where KU undergraduate females view the different chapters. Potential new members get to learn about each chapter's philanthropy, tour the house, and get to know current members! Each day the prospective members narrow their own list down while the houses make their own invitation lists. Details can be found on the KU Panhellenic Website.

Gamma Phi Beta is a well-established sorority full of girls who work hard in the four Greek Pillars of scholarship, leadership, service, and sisterhood. We look for girls who will help make Gamma Phi the great sorority it is! Letters of Recommendation from Gamma Phi Alumni from any Gamma Phi Chapter are encouraged, but Panhellenic does not require them to participate in Recruitment.
